Discounted parking is available at Municipal Garage B or Municipal Garage D.
Parking is subject to municipal garage availability,  please plan to arrive early. If you go over the validated time, you will be responsible for the full pricing of parking.

2-hour parking – $5.50
4-hour parking – $8.00

Scheduling & Prepaying

All new guest reservations must be prepaid upon booking. Clients scheduling 2 or more guests or services must be prepaid upon booking – This includes couples massage and Look Good Feel Good services.

We encourage all our guests to arrive at least 10-minutes before their appointment to settle before their service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

As a courtesy to our therapists, estheticians, and staff, it is spa policy for all clients to provide at least a 24-hour notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the service amount, plus any applicable sales tax.

Reservations of 3 or more guests require a 48-hour notice or will be subject to a 50% charge of the service amount, plus any applicable sales tax.

Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the spa and let us know. The missed time from your scheduled appointment will not be made up. In some instances, late arrivals to appointments may require rescheduling.

If the spa reschedules your appointment result of late arrival, you will be subject to rescheduling fees. Refer to our Cancelation and Rescheduling policy for fee details. 

HSA & Insurance

You can save on your massages with a Health Spending Account (HSA). Please confirm with your HSA or Insurance provider if our services qualify as valid purchases.

Credit Card Convenience Fees

Credit card transactions over $100 are subject to a flat-rate $3 convenience fee.
Transactions under $100 are subject to a flat-rate $1 convenience fee.

Any approved service refund is subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Product Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an even exchange. Credit value can be placed in Body Balance account for returned items.

Service Policy

Prepaid single services, membership services and packages are non-refundable and expire 1 year after date of purchase.

Gratuities

Service rates do not include gratuities. Please consider tipping 20% of the regular price. Cash tips are preferred.  A $1 Convenience Fee will be applied to tips charged on credit cards.

Children and Minors

To maintain a quiet and serene atmosphere for all guests, we do not recommend bringing children to the spa. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.

You must be 18 years or older to receive massage services. Minors from ages 14 to 17 can receive our Teen Facial service with a parent or guardian present during the service. 

Pets

No pets are allowed inside the Spa.

Smoking

No smoking allowed in spa area. E-cigarette and Vape Pen use is prohibited.

Noise Level

Our environment is for relaxation. Please respect all guest’s privacy. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in the treatment areas. We recommend setting phones off or set to silent mode.
